Hot Chocolate bombs are everywhere at the moment, in fact they might have become the banana bread of this lockdown 😂 but have you ever seen something as cute as these special pink chocolate Valentines Hot Chocolate Bombs?
I think they are adorable and, even better, they super easy to make. All the bits you need can be bought from Amazon and the moulds are suitable for using to make mini cakes in too!

- White Candy Melts
- Hot chocolate mix
- Mini marshmallows
- Heart shaped silicone mould
- Microwave safe bowl
Valentines Hot Chocolate Bombs How To
Carefully de-mold the bombs and place the pieces on wax paper
Melt white candy melts and stir every 30 seconds. Place the white candy melt in a piping bag or baggie and cut a very small hole in the corner. Drizzle the chocolate on either half the heart or the whole heart, if you want to add sprinkles then do so quickly before the white chocolate sets.
Add in the hot chocolate mix and marshmallows to one side. Use a pan for your stovetop to melt down the sides of the other unfilled half of the heart, then place both ends together while the melted chocolate is still hot (this allows both pieces to be sealed together making a completely heart shape)
