I text my sister yesterday saying that I missed Phoebe and I wanted to see her ASAP, she asked if I wanted her for a few hours this morning so that she could get some stuff done at home, of course being the amazing auntie I am, I happily obliged.
This week I have had a leaky boiler, too much chocolate, too little sleep and just enough ‘me’ time to not make me too bothered about any of the above, so all in all, it’s not been too bad! Read more
We don’t really do Christmas in the traditional sense in the Musha household. We’ve never done a turkey roast, there has only really been decorations the past two years (none this year because of the pups), we’ve not exchanged gifts since our second Christmas and always, without fail, someone is ill.
One of the best things about Christmas is the food, I don’t think anyone can deny that! Another thing that I think most people will agree on is that we tend to go a bit over board with how much we cook/prepare for the Christmas feast – there is always a bowl of something or other left to use up so I thought instead of people being subjected to eating cold turkey sandwiches for days on end why not share some recipes to use up Christmas leftovers!
